Katherine Mary Knight, the first Australian woman to be sentenced to life imprisonment without parole. She was convicted for the murder of her partner, John Charles Thomas Price, in February 2000. Most people from Aberdeen remember Katherine Knight as a young girl who was happy and friendly when she was in a good mood, but a person most others stayed away from when she was in one of her dark moods.
